I had an operated lumbar disc few years ago and was hoping that this nightmare was over. When two years after the surgery the segment above the operated one also developed a bulge i decided that its no more surgery for me. Came here and two months later I had my bulge and the sciatic pain disappearing. Never looked back since and will absolutely recommend to anyone with back pain or sciatica.

8 weeks of guidance by Slava, I postponed my surgery and pain and medication free

I visited the Back Rehab clinic last October as a last resort before back surgery. After 8 weeks of (tough) exercise guided by Slava I confidently postponed my surgery and now six months am pain and medication free. Give this a go if you’re looking for an end to your back pain. Slavs knows his stuff and delivers a programme that’s challenging but effective.
