Appointment Cancellation Policy

It’s understandable that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, traffic delays, car problems, snowstorms, and illness are just a few reasons why one might consider cancelling an appointment.

Our desire is to be effective and fair to all clients and respectful of my assigned treatment times. Out of respect and consideration for us and other customers, please plan to be on time and respect our scheduling.

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment.
This allows the opportunity for someone else to take the assigned appointment slot.

If you are unable to give 24 hours notice and would like to reschedule your appointment, payment for the session missed will be required at your next session. This can be done before or at the next scheduled appointment.

No shows

Patients who either forget or consciously choose to not to avail of their appointment for any reason are considered a “no-show”. Full payment for the no-show will be required before being able to book your next session.

Arriving late

Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you.
If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will have to determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.

Out of respect and consideration for our practice and other customers, please plan to be on time and respect the time scheduling.
